In an emergency Prevention is better than cure. It is a requirement that tenants secure the property if being left unattended overnight or longer especially if cold weather can be expected. We recommend turning off water supplies to limit damage in the event of burst pipes. Tenants can be held liable for costs if neglect can be proven. In the event of burst pipes please contact us immediately by telephone and we will arrange for an emergency plumber to attend the property. If you smell gas the please ring the gas company immediately. In the event of fire or medical emergency please dial 999 and ask for the service you require
